Process for Exhibitor Bookings

Request a copy of the rate card including the rules & regulations
Forward a detailed proposal of your exhibition (including visuals & layout) and proposed dates thereof
All proposals are subject to approval by Centre Management
If the dates, area and proposal has been approved, kindly email the indemnity form and signed rules & regulations to JudyM@redefine.co.za
Once you are issued with an invoice, kindly supply us with proof of payment
Payment must be made 7 days prior to exhibiting.
Exhibition set up must be completed before 9:00 the morning of exhibiting.
Please note that no exhibitors will be allowed to set up in a exhibitions court prior to making payment

Please note:
All courts can be split and made smaller to accommodate any exhibitor.
Carpeting is compulsory and supplied by Goldfields Mall at a cost of R250.00 + VAT.
